I’ve known Jono for over 20 years.  For a period of time he worked directly for me.  He’s a rare talent that can combine both outstanding operational/execution skills with a real gift for the creative as well.  He’s a man who’s yes is yes and no is no and he’s always got a positive cheerful attitude about any project he works on; and is a real asset to any organization that he gets involved with.

Jono also is a visionary who not only can articulate a vision but can also execute it.  He’s a good judge of people and knows how significant building the right culture is for any organization to succeed.

I have worked closely with Jono Hall for nearly 20 years. I am very grateful for his work and friendship. He was responsible for establishing and growing the international media outreach of IHOPKC,  producing many TV programs, promotional videos, live events and establishing our 24/7 prayer webstream that reaches into every nation on earth. He is also responsible for growing and successfully leading a number of other teams in our ministry from technical to marketing, retail and education to strengthening our organizational health. This culminated in his service as Chief Operating Officer where for over 3 years he was responsible for a successful restructuring and the day-to-day operations of all the diverse divisions of  IHOPKC. Jono is a true man of God and  a team player who is easy to work with. Jono is a world-class thinker, producer, and media specialist. Several years ago, I needed to conceptualize and produce a television series on the Great Commission. After interviewing and testing a whole series of potential producers, it seemed no one could handle it. Then, I talked to Jono. He immediately grasped the idea, helped lay out a plan for production, assembled a team, and came in under budget.

He is uniquely gifted and experienced in working with large and small ministries. He has a proven track record in all that he has done. I would highly recommend him to any ministry!
